Plus $45 one time cleaning fee and state/local taxes. Viewpoint and Mountain High have an $80.00 clean fee. Tellico View has a $65.00 clean fee.
Two night minimum. We do offer weekly rates please email or call for a quote. Check-in is 3 PM and Check-out is 11 AM. There is a 30 percent deposit due at time of booking with a thirty day cancellation for a full refund.
All our cabins are pet friendly with a $35 non-refundable pet fee.
